PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (CHEF)

Job Description :

• Responsible for planning, managing, monitoring, and evaluating all new and existing product development activities and determining product standards and specifications so that targets can be achieved optimally in accordance with the established goals

Requirement :

1. Minimum 3 years experience in Chef or R&D as Specialist (preferably experienced in F&B companies)
2. Strong logical and conceptual thinking, good analysis, detail oriented and well organized
3. Candidate must process at least Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Culinary Arts
4. Understand Product Development
5. Personal Chef service skill
6. Understand HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and Halal Certification
7. Placement in Bandung
