  • Finance & Accounting – Supt., Treasury & Cash Management

Job Responsibility:

1. Cash Management

  • Monitor cash management operations for PT Freeport Indonesia to include daily cash administration, management of current accounts and investment (if any).
  • Liaise banking relationship to obtain best services, fee, exchange rate and interest rate and ensure that day to day activities related to bankers are conducted smoothly and in the most efficient way.
  • Monitor all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding. Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash. Control and monitor inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and cash calls.
  • Forecasts cash flow, investment and forex activities (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).
  • Monitors cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report including investment, and forex trading and any unusual items are investigated, followed up and reported.
  • Good communication with Corporate Cash Management for cash flow projection, cash flow utilization, investment activities and forex trading, including heads up for any unusual transaction.

2. Treasury

  • Compile and Report PTFI and its affiliates excess of cash and provide best interest rate within the market as an investment option.
  • Support PTFI and its affiliates with bank guarantee needed for certain project or any litigation case.
  • Perform forex exchange rate to maintain Company trading activities within the market.
  • Place and report for Statutory time deposit placement including export proceeds deposit in terms of compliance, minimize nesting period with fair to market interest rate.

3. Trade Finance

A. Bank Guarantee
– Perform the whole process for Bank Guarantee arrangement for accuracy and timing of submission
– Dealing with Banks to obtain best Bank Guarantee offering
– Prepare Bank Guarantee Report to Senior Management.

B. Letter of Credit Administering Letter of Credit on Down Stream product sales.

4. General

  • Operate Kyriba and its integration to SAP including business object from time to time in coordination with MIS department to support Treasury operations and reporting function as well.
  • Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.
  • Implements and maintains procedures and policies, including cash management, and treasury functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
  • Manages recordation and reconciliation for treasury and cash management area; ensures accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain a prudent, good governance and integrity work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures as well as Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  2. Experience in Treasury or Banking Industry will be an advantage.
  3. 5 years of related experience out of financial services or fund administration and/or corporate finance.-

  • Understanding of Treasury concepts.
  • Tracking sources and uses of cash for each partnership in order to determine the appropriate borrowing/repayment level required to meet daily liquidity needs while minimizing idle balances.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of audit practices, procedures and principles with the ability to interpret and analyze complex concepts and apply these in innovative ways.
  • Will demonstrate experience and competency of handling FX deals, rollovers/ drawdowns, account analytics, position keeping and have had responsibility in inter department communication.
  • Working closely with accounting team on financial reporting and daily activities.
  • Resolution of any administrative matters, including but not limited to, management of office space, technology and technical device requirements.
  • Experience use Kyriba Cash Management and Treasury system will be an advantage.
  • Highly skilled in preparing written documents and presentations.

2. Operations Maintenance – Foreman, GBC Drill Mtc C#2

Job Responsibility :

  • Compile, analyze, and summarize data PM scheduling including plan and un-plan schedule activities by perform daily inspection to all Heavy support fleet which are release from shop, to ensure all equipment in a good and safe condition.
  • Perform forecast for the component condition and provide data to mechanic in extending component lifetime to meet the quality standard for maintenance.
  • Assist with supervision, coordination, monitoring, and controlling PM scheduling including plan and un-plan schedule activities by perform daily inspection to all equipment which are release from shop, to ensure all equipment in a good and safe condition.
  • Ensure PM back log and analyze schedule oil sampling at assigned equipment before all fleet coming on schedule PM and analyze to the Superior’s and Mine Support Services Management’s repair activities to inform the Superior and Mine Support Services Management for their decision to improve the activities performance.
  • Identify and analyze breakdown failures, in order to determine the root cause of the problem and obtain the most efficient and effective solution by review repair and breakdown historical data of heavy support equipment.
  • Keep a data base for all equipment findings to track histories to ensure all data are complete for future references.
  • Invent, develop, and implement maintenance method for tools and facilities, in order to improve maintenance activities and increase maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish inspection sequences system and rework elimination (inspection to get backlog, doing repair as instruction, re-inspection prior to release and go final test by real work prior to operational) at assigned equipment with maximizing available man-hour and work quality required to ensure quality and productivity maintenance.
  • Minimum Education and Experience
  • S1 with minimum 2-3 years and trade apprenticeship with 6 years experience, whoever in charge in mining companies and working preferably in Heavy Duty mechanics scopes.

The key challenges in this position include:
– Monitoring workmanship.
– How to keep the performance according with department target without any violation of safety and environmental and customer satisfaction.
– Develop recommendations that will improve availability and reduce costs.
– Providing analysis on a varied amount of equipment.

  • Understanding of basic rigging skill and knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of leadership, strong analytical skill and strong maintenance concepts and philosophies (planned/unplanned maintenance, SOS, CM. etc.).
  • Floor requirements analysis (innovative actions, planning, cost analysis and planned maintenance).
  • Must be able to make sound of judgments in address of complex technical problem.
  • Very well of skill and understanding of mechanical method, i.e.: Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Compressor
  • Engines, Piping and electrical knowledge, also is good skill down load data, find data from electric control module.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill with the others (internally and externally).
  • Maximizing of existing assets to boost up efficiency, productivity and reliable client services (manpower, cost, tools and shop).

Job Requirements :

  • Supervise all PM and break down repair and/or maintenance activities for assigned equipments are performed in efficient, effective and timely manner, in order to provide good equipments performance.

3. Compensation & Benefit – Sr Analyst, Compensation Planning & Analysis

Minimum Education and Experience :

  • S1 degree in Science, Engineering, Accounting at least 5 years of experience in Compensation Management.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

  • Act as primary analyst and pivotal point for external company salary survey and conduct any necessary analysis and provide recommendation to PTFI Sr. Management through extensive coordination with external parties (consultant, Big 4, etc.).
  • Prepare and calculate Completion Bonus payment for PTFI and partners to ensure the timely processing and on correct amount.
  • Study on company compensation practice and seek best practice on industry to keep maintaining company compensation program still align with company objective.
  • Prepare and calculate new salary of promoted employee and monitor the communication thru employee letter in ESS (Employee Self Service) web
  • Support annual salary and bonuses review and payments to ensure the timely processing of these and other payroll matters.
  • Provide total cash information required by US/Nola payroll for planned secondment employee. Monitor the database of secondment employee, and inform the related parties in PTFI. Conduct the review on employee salary once back from secondment program
  • Recommend improvement to PTFI’s compensation policies and procedures that will address adverse/inappropriate practice and trend and sol lead to more efficient and fair compensation practices.
  • Prepare and calculate outstanding compensation for terminated/ resign employee to ensure the accurate amount provided
  • Review and calculate the PBA/ Smelter Monthly Incentive achievements and monitor the communication to employee thru Interoffice memo

4. Smelter Operation Readiness – Senior Environmental Engineer

Role Spesific Competencies:

  • Additional certification or licensure appropriate to the job may be required or preferred
  • Ability to evaluate and implement new methods and techniques for operational improvement
  • Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance, permitting, incident investigating and reporting protocols
  • Able to analyze a wide range of soil, water and air samples to recognize potential environmental hazards
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
  • Skilled in managing large/complex environmental projects
  • Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards

Requirements :

  1. OR Master’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Technology, Earth Science or related Natural
  3. Science (such as Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Hydrology, Forestry, Agriculture, Meteorology,
  4. Environmental/Natural Resource Management), or Mathematics/Computer Science including Accounting and Finance, or Business Management, or other Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of related experience,

5. Power Generation & Transmission – Senior System Engineer

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Academic background (D3) with 10 years of related experience in electrical power system, electrical power control system, automation/cyber security, progressive technical and supervisory experiences.
  • Possesses S1 Electrical Engineering degree with 5 years of related experience in electrical power system, electrical power control system, automation/cyber security, progressive technical and supervisory experiences or

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities; Characters):

  1. Good in speaking and writing technical report in English.
  2. Has in-depth knowledge of electrical protection system, metering, and control system.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardize situation.
  5. Has an ability work with electrical drawing and control diagram.
  6. Familiar in operating computer and its electrical software applications.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Analyzes reports of the Electrical Power System Engineering, Protection Relay Engineering, and Electrical/Mechanic Control and Automation and Cyber Security Engineering, to achieve the best results for system availability and reliability.
  • Coordinates supporting work activities with other internal and external groups to make sure any required power system studies, analysis, development project and/or enhancements are completed as designed and in as safe and timely a manner as practical.
  • Provides technical system analysis and detailed reports to direct supervisor and senior management regarding all power system events/problems.
  • Plans, assigns, and prioritizes the work of engineering group to maintain an optimum level of effectiveness, efficiency, reliability and safety of electrical power system protection, control, automation, and cyber security system.
  • Manages the engineering data of the power system which effectively allows customers to manage their overall power requirement.
  • Coordinates engineer team to performs protection relay & metering setting, testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting and support for the power system and all related equipment to improve system availability and reliability.
  • Responsible for recommending to direct supervisor any necessary purchases and assisting in formulating the annual budget for this group.
  • Provides the recommendations to external group any necessary technical data analysis regarding power equipment purchasing.
  • Initiates and implements power system corrective actions to achieve results leading to improved or enhanced electrical power system supply and protection continuity.

6. Superintendent Architectural

Job Requirements:

Education background, and work experience to succeed in this job roles are:

Education: S1 Architectural Engineering and Professional Management Project (PMP) and or S2 Management Business Administration
Experience in Project and Architectural Design Engineering more than 12 years. Preferable in Mining and or Oil Company
Financial : Manage multi discipline project value $200 million per year; Management of Change (AFE cost estimation level 4, Supplement AFE, and Projects Change Notice) to achieve project cost under run.
