Raw Material Procurement Planning & Transporation Staff (Contract)

• This job will handle task related with management of raw material procurement budget and settlement, maintain supply and demand of raw material, coordinate with shipping companies, make sure shipping documents, and coordinate to pay Freight and Demurrage.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree (S1), any major
2. Have 3-5 years experience in Planning Procurement Raw Material and Transportation (preferably in manufacture industry)
3. Knowledge of ship contract management (charter party).
4. Ability to network globally and build international relationships.
5. Basic understanding of ocean freight logistics.
6. Skilled in operating Microsoft Excel.
7. This job is contract based
8. Ability in communicating in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Tax Staff (Contract)

This job will handle job related with tax in company.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Taxation, preferably in manufacturing or multinational company
2. Proven experience in Tax Audit Handling, Tax Objections, and Tax Appeals is a plus
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations
4. Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
5. Familiar with Transfer Pricing Documentation and OECD Guidelines
6. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration
7. Holding Brevet C is strongly preferred (Brevet A & B also desirable)
8. Highly proactive, detailed-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
9. Fluency in English,both verbal and written (mandatory)
10. Willing to be placed in Cilegon

12. Proficient in MicrosoftOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and DJP Platforms

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify daily tax transaction (VAT, WHT, CIT)
• Perform Tax Reconciliation with accounting books
• Prepare monthly and annual tax reports (SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan)
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess potential impact
• Support internal/external audits related to tax matters
• Handle Tax Audits, Objections, and Appeals process
• Conduct Tax Risk Analysis and Compliance Review
• Assist with the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting,Finance, Legal)
