WAREHOUSE CHECKER

• Warehouse Checker

Responsibilities :

• Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Coordinate with dispatch and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate outbound processes
• Inspect goods and ensure they match delivery and dispatch documents
• Maintain accurate records and comply with warehouse operational procedures
• Report any discrepancies and support issue resolution
• Ensure proper handling, sorting, and labeling of materials

Requirements :

1. Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent

4. Good communication and coordination skills
5. Able to work under pressure in a high-volume environment

• Inventory Administrator

Responsibilities :

• Perform regular stock-taking (stock opname) and cycle counts
• Use Microsoft Excel and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inventory data
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions (inbound and outbound)
• Communicate inventory status and issues clearly to stakeholders
• Analyze stock discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Support reconciliation processes and documentation for audit readiness

Requirements :

1. At least 1 year of experience in inventory administration or warehouse inventory control
2. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or equivalent
3. Able to adapt to fast-paced operational environments
4. Fluent in English (written and verbal) (MANDATORY)
5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with inventory systems
