PROCUREMENT STAFF

Procurement Staff where you will:

• Control Material Usage – Ensure proper control of materials needed for plant operations, including inventory control, receiving, storing, and issuing
• Monitor Delivery Progress – Follow up on delivery status to avoid any delays from suppliers.
• Warehouse Management System – Optimising inventory stock materials, apply FIFO system, monthly report.
• Check Supplier Capabilities – Make sure suppliers or subcontractors are able to do the job and meet required standards.
• Arrange Clarification Meetings – Set up meetings with users and
• Draft Contracts and Orders – Prepare drafts of contracts, purchase orders, and work orders.
• Manage Order Process and Evaluation – Monitor issued orders and document results of selected and unselected candidates.
• Select Suppliers/Subcontractors – Find and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet quality.
• Clarify Requirements – Ensure all details are clearly discussed before
• Negotiate and Analyze Costs – Negotiate for the best quality, price, and delivery time using cost analysis methods.
• Prepare Order Approvals – Create documents needed to get internal approval.

What we are looking for:

Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Communication Skills – Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Extensive Experience – Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
