Role description :

• Develop and maintain a detailed weekly/monthly content calendar for all channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, email, etc.).

• Research trends, competitor content, and industry movements to inspire creative directions and content angles.
• Monitor content performance metrics and optimize future content plans based on insights.

• Videographer Editor Specialist

Role description :

• Collaborate with talent (models, influencers, hosts) and direct them during shoots.
• Work closely with content creator, graphic designers, and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, etc.).
• Stay up to date with video trends, especially in the beauty and lifestyle industry.
• Capture a wide range of content including product videos, tutorials, interviews, events, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Requirements :

1. Minimum D3/S1 Visual Communication Design, or related field, 1-3 years
2. Proficient in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
3. Ready to join as soon as possible.
4. Experience as a videographer, especially in beauty industries will be a plus.
5. Skilled in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects.
6. Understanding of beauty industry aesthetics, trends, and social media video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Role description :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, conduct interviews, and assist in the orientation of new employees.

Role description :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program across platforms (e.g. TikTok Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, etc.).
• Set clear commission structures and campaign guidelines
• Recruit and onboard new affiliates, influencers, or content creators.
• Track affiliate KPls: click-through rates (CTR), conversions, ROl, and sales.

Role description :

• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) accurately.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, and delivery time.
• Request and review quotations, proposals, and contracts from suppliers.
• Source raw materials, office supplies, or products needed by the company.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings.
• Update procurement databases and ensure proper documentation for audits.

Requirements :

1. Minimum D3/S1, all major, have experience Purchasing min 2 years (especially in beauty brands will be a plus).
2. Good understanding about Microsoft Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot, etc) and good understanding about Accurate (online).
3. Ready to join as soon as possible and willing to be placed in PIK 2, North Jakarta.
4. Active, creative & communicative.
