• Accounting Assistant Manager

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a strong emphasis on financial reporting and analysis
3. Perform month-end closing process, ensuring all entries and reconciliations are comprehensive and detailed listings for all balance sheet accounts, and perform thorough reconciliations between the listings and the general ledger to guarantee data integrity
4. Mandatory experience working at a public accounting firm and a multinational company (MNC)
5. Conduct regular inventory stock takes, ensuring the physical inventory count aligns perfectly with the accounting records
6. Assist in preparing and reconciliations the production report with the Cost of Goods Sold calculation, providing critical insights into operational effeciency and profitability
7. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and regulations
8. Proficiency in accounting software and Ms Office Suite, especially Excel
9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
10. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
11. Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Tax Supervisor

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in tax, with a focus on compliance and reporting
3. Supervise the meticulous preparation, timely payment and accurate submission of all monthly and annual tax returns
4. Oversee and ensure compliance with indirect tax regulations for all financial transcations, including withholding tax and VAT
5. Manage and perform the corporate income tax calculation, ensuring adherence to the latest tax laws and standards
6. USKP (Ujian Sertifikasi Konsultan Pajak) certification is preferred
7. Conduct comprehensive tax planning and analysis to identify strategic opportunities for tax optimization and mitigate compliance risks
8. Working experience in a multitational company (MNC) is preferred
9. Excellent analytical, problem-solvign, and communication skills
10. Strong knowledge of local and national tax laws and regulations
11. Strong leadership and team management abilities
12. Proficiency in tax software and Ms Office Suite, especially Excel

Requirements :
