HRBP Specialist (Training, BP)

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in human resources or a related role.

3.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities;

5. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite;

6. Strong organizational, coordination, communication, interpersonal skills, and keen insight;

7. Strong planning and execution abilities, able to withstand work pressure;

8. Willing to be placed in Subang, Jawa Barat Factory;

9. Preferably having experiences in Automotive Manufacture, and able to join in end of December.

Key skills: 1.English and Mandarin language skills are preferred. 2.Excel,ppt,word software skills are preferred. 3.Problem solving 4.teamwork

Tasks & responsibilities

1.Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.

2.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees.

3. Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management.

4. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

5. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

6. Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
