Job Description :

• Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our building glass products and services
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Representing in industry events, trade shows and networking activities to raise brand awareness and generate leads
• Providing excellent customer service, expert technical advice and consultative selling to help customers find the best solutions for their needs
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key customers and partners
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform product development and improve our offering

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor degree from civil engineering/ architecture/ Management/ Economy, with min. GPA 3.00)
2. Strong understanding of the building glass market, products and applications
3. Proven track record minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the building materials/ construction industry/ retail manufacture
4. Able to speak and write in English (Mandarin is a plus)
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
7. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
