Deskripsi

Responsibilities :

HR Service:
– Ensure HR documentation complies with internal policies and labor regulations
– Supervise and ensure accurate and timely processing of HR operations

Industrial Relations (IR):
– Collective Bargaining: Assist in negotiating labor contracts, including wages, benefits, working conditions, and dispute resolution procedures
– Policy Development: Assist in developing and reviewing company policies related to employee relations, ensuring alignment with legal standards
– Labor Relations: Act as a liaison between management and labor unions, handling union negotiations, griveances, and disputes
– Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and workplace safety standards
– Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, complaints, and disputes in a fair and consistent manner

Qualifications :

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in IR or HR operations
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Law
  3. Having working experiences in Labor dispute litigation will be an advantage
  4. Familiar with Labor Regulation
  5. Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure team success

Qualifications :

Reponsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Setting revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
  • Creating pricing strategies and promotional campaigns

Conducting market research to identify opportunities:
– Overseeing the creation of branding plans
– Branding Management
– Managing budgets for marketing campaigns
– Developing and executting branding campaigns for brand awareness and product promotion

Sales Operations:
– Managing the sales pipeline, channeling and ensuring sales targets are met
– Tracking sales activities and reporting on performance
– Building relationships with key customers and partners

Performance Analysts:
– Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies
– Monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing activity againts goals
– Providing regular reports to senior management

Team Leadership:
– Motivation and coaching team member to achieve goals
– Leading, directing, and overseeing sales and marketing teams

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree

  3. Having at least 5 years solid experience in managing regional sales & marketing team on FMCG (Food & Beverage Products) Business
  • Junior Business Intelligence (Code: JBSI)

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing campaigns, customer acquisition and conversion
  • Gather, organize and analyze marketing data from multiple sources (CRM, Digital ads, Website)
  • Identify trends and conduct market analysis
  • Create and deliver A/B testing results for both digital and non-digital initiatives

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
  2. Fluent in English

  • Procurement Supervisor (Code: SPPC)

Responsibilities :

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
  • Identifying, evaluating, and selecting potential suppliers and vendors
  • Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure the best value
  • Maintaining high standards of quality in purchased goods and services
  • Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements
  • Managing and resolving issues related to supplier quality or performance

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Having working experience in mutliple Industry will be an advantage
  3. Solid working experience as Procurement Supervisor for at least 3 years
  4. Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya
  • IT Support Staff (Code: MAIT)

Responsibilities :

  • Performing regular maintenance on the aforementioned equipment
  • Ensuring IT equipment such as laptops, PC, printers, UPS units, fingerprint machine, and similar device are functioning properly
  • Conducting repairs on IT equipment that is malfunctioning or damaged
  • Offering input/information regarding issues that arise within the scope of work, aling with suggested solutions
  • Providing assistance/support to users who required help

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field
  2. Solid work experience as IT staff in manitenance are for at least 1 year
  3. Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya
  4. having knowledge in networking (switch, router, cabling) & security will be an advantage
  • IT Staff – Programming (Code: ITPS)

Responsibilities :

  • Translate business and system requirements into functional and efficient computer programs
  • Stay updated with new technologies and propose improvements to current systems
  • Carrying out continuous maintenance and enhancement of existing applications
  • Develop, test and implement software applications based on user requirements
  • Providing support for IT-related issues, with a willingness to work in shifts

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  2. Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Java, Python, Framework (Laravel)
  3. Solid work experience IT staff – programming for at least 1 year
  4. Familiarity with database: PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle
  5. Willing to work in shift and be placed in head office – Surabaya
  6. Experience in mobile application platforms and cloud-based services is a plus
  • Finance & Accounting Supervisor (Code: FATS)

Responsibilities :

  • Finance Planning and Analysis:
  • Financial forecasting: Predicting future financial performance based on historical data and current trends
  • Budgeting: Comparing actual expenses and revenue with budget, and make proper analysis & recommendations
  • Accounting, Tax and Reporting:
  • Tax compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and filing tax returns
  • Financial reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) for internal and external stakeholders
  • Auditing: Supporting financial audits (from inside and or outside) to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records
  • Financial Management:
  • Cash flow management: Monitoring and managing cash inflow and outflows to optimize liquidity

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  2. Having working experience in Manufcaturing Industry and in KAP will be an advantage
  3. Solid working experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor for at least 2 years
  4. Willing to be placed in head Office – Surabauya
  • Finance & Accounting Staff (Code: FASS)

Responsibilities :

  • Journal entry: Recording financial transactions into the general ledger
  • Account receivable/payable: Montoring accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and disbursements
  • Reconciliation: Comparing financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Cash flow management: Monitoring cash inflows and outflows
  • Fixed asset management: Tracking and maintaining records of fixed assets
  • Cost analysis: Analyzing consts to identify areas for improvement
  • Tax compliance: Doing tax tasks as regulated and filing tax returns
  • Audits: Assisting with internal and external audits

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  2. Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya
  3. Having knowledge on basic finance, accounting and taxation
