Job Description:
- Manage the operations as established in procedures and guidelines set by the company in the areas of safety, environment, reliability and cost saving.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations
- Ensure compliance with applicable Standart GMP Standards for Indonesia and International
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate procedures, standards and strategy
- Liaise with Management on the establishment and attainment of budgets, schedules and overall target objectives
- Assist in the standardisation of site and corporate procedures
- Create innovation and improvements in equipment, procedures, systems and management based on effectiveness & efficiency principles
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering from a reputable University
- Minimum of 10 years experiences in the related position in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Good English communication skill is a must
- Good understanding of machineries and utilities (HVAC & Water System), safety and health standards, International GMP standard related to sterile, oral sulid, and semi sulid facilities
- Demonstrated ability in Audit system
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a diverse team to deliver on budget, schedule and quality targets
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang – West Java
