Responsibilities:
Administrative
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational duties.
- Attend to inquiries via phone calls.
- In charge of office supplies inventory
- Ensure efficient management of documents printing, scanning, filing and despatch.
- Act as main liaison between Indonesia and Singapore office
- Handling of flight and hotel arrangement if needed
Customer Service Support
- Place orders for after-market spare parts and arrange for machine installation / delivery to the customers.
- Creation of work orders upon successful order close
- Verify customers’ PO, Cost Sheet, quotation before key in SFDC
- Prepare for Packing List and commercial Invoice
- Liaise with freight forwarder on detail shipment (ETD, ETA) and quotation
- Monitor all customer inquiries and complaints and assist in effective resulution.
- Provide proactive after sales support for new / existing customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma & above level with related working experiences in order coordination or administrative rule
- Possess positive working attitude and willingness to learn
- Possess good communication skills (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills as required to handle customers enquiries
- Able to accept job flexibility and willingness to learn new duties
- Ability to start work with short notice preferred
- Good English speaker
