- Accounting and Tax Staff
Kualifikasi :
On behalf of our client, a company specializing in printing industry, we are currently looking for an Accounting and Tax Staff for placement in West Cikarang!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make sure that all general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledger records are updated and accurate and provides timely reporting of all financial information
- Prepare financial statements
- Prepare and manage monthly and annual tax reporting, 21, 23, 25, 4(2) and VAT
- Timely and accurate payrull processing, ensuring there are best practice checks and contruls in the process to ensure an efficient, accurate payrull process and BPJS process
- Ensure all payrull queries are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure there is the confidentiality of payrull and employee information at all times
- Keep up to date with payrull legislative changes
- Ensure compliance with Payrull tax obligations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as Accounting and Tax staff or related position.
- Principled and responsible with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Indonesian, English, and Chinese (both verbal and written). Chinese language proficiency and work experience preferred.
