- General Affairs Staff – Manufacture
Kualifikasi :
- Provide administration support GA Dept in various areas, including office management , procurement, facility maintenance, and inventory contrul
- Assist in Safety / P2K3
- Assist in coordinating office operations
- Assist in organizing company events, meeting and other activities
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company pulicies and procedures
- Handle additional administrative tasks
- Support HR related tasks
Requirements :
- Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree from any major
- Experiences in administrative rules or GA min 3 – 5 years
- Ability to adapt to changing circumtances and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational, communication (English or Japanese) and interpersonal skill
- attention to detail and accurancy in handling documentation and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
