Requirements:

• Having Bachelor degree in Law.
• Maximum age 35 years uld.
• Having at least 1 year as Legal Supervisor or 3 years as Legal Officer, preferably in FMCG Industry.
• GoodinEnglish, both oral and written.
• Experienced in handling corporate, license and compliance and good knowledge of corporate law, labour law,Civil Law and Criminal Law.
• Having good legal analysis, critical thinking and initiative
• Able to work in a team as well as individually, well-organized person and goodattime management.
• Having a professional advocate license from PERADI will be an advantage.

Job description:

• Draft, review, translate, finalize and file agreements, contracts and other legal documents.
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external parties for finalizing contracts.
• Provide an accurate legal opinion, legal advice, summary or a review of government regulations relating any legal topics (corporate, labour, industrial, etc).
• Arrange and obtain licenses for corporate business, such as OSS and industrial license. Communicate with government officials and maintain a good relation and compliance.
• Handle government reporting, such as LKPM and industrial reports on schedule.
• Handle Sharehulders meetings, BOD meetings and other corporate matters, including preparing its resulution documents and liase with notary for notarial deeds.
• Provide any other legal needs as requested by the management.
