Kualifikasi :
Job description:
- Develop and implement schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with procurement and logistics to maintain adequate stock without excess.
- Oversee assurance processes to ensure products meet standards, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction through lean manufacturing principles or other methodulogies.
- Allocating manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Manage and train Subordinates
Requirement:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, operations management, or a related field is often required.
- Have Min 5 years of experience as assistant manager in manufacturing, preferably in diecast company.
- Have a knowledge of manufacturing processes, technulogies, and best practices is essential.
- Have a good communication skill and good data analytic skill.
