GENERAL LEDGER (GL) SUPERVISOR
(LocatedinCikarang-Bekasi)
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the recording of all transaction during financial year
- Check cash journals and completeness of cash documents
- Prepare GL closing reports & Financial reports
- Lead an end to end Financial process to ensure GL data are posted accurately (manage data, prepare GL closing reports & Financial reports)
- Ensuring that the payment can be paid on time
- Maintain and implement adequate internal contrul of GL process
- Prepare data for internal/external audits & tax audits
- Monitor day to day performance of GL Staffs
Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum 35 years uld with minimum 3 years at the same professional field experience, preferably in Printing & Packaging industry
- Minimum S1 degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Proficient in using MS Office & ERP System
- Having good knowledge of accounting cycle
- Having positive attitude with accuracy, diligent and integrity
- Resultorientedandabletoworkunderpressure&tightdeadline,andcommittedtofinishthetask
