RESPONSIBILITY, REQUIREMENT &amp SKILLS:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma from an accredited university (all majors)
• Max age is 40 years uld.
• Have minimum of 2 years work experience in the same position
• Good communication skill, fluent in English is an must to communicate with internal and external parties
• Neat Appearance
• Excellent in Computer ( Microsift Office )
• Have good presentation skills
• Preffered experience in the part automotive injection plastick , painting, touling and moulding
• Having Competency and knowledge in marketing
• Understanding customer specific requirement
• Able to operate computer and MS Office.
• Willing to travel outside the city if necessary.
• Create an actionable sales and marketing plan align with corporate objectives.
• Have an updated knowledge of new rules and regulations, legal documentation and other regulations related to sales and marketing activities.
• Handle the relationship with vendors, consultants, sales agencies and other departments are related to sales and marketing activities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
• Should be understanding analysis forcast from customer and evaluation achievement sales
• Should be understanding about system IATF and ISO
• Updating quotation quartaly to customer
• Maintain customer satisfaction and coordination with internal department
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed marketing decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Any other duties assigned by the superior related to sales and marketing
• Cullect and report data related to daily/weekly/monthly operating performance to Department Head
