Management Trainee – Planning & Productivity Management

Job Description :

• Perform comprehensive data analysis to determine productivity and cost efficiency within all Impack Group plant operations
• Calculate product costs and assess return on investment for all new product development and planning initiatives.
• Monitor all transactions related to projects, building maintenance, machinery, and spare parts.
• Review and revise project CAD designs as needed

Qualification :

1. Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in plastic manufacture
2. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
3. Preferably have a knowledge in:
   Polymer material
   Production process
   Accounting; and
   Project management.
4. Have an experience with CAD would be advantage.
5. Have strong analytical ability, attention to details, with good communication and teamwork skills.
