Job Description :

  • Monitoring and optimizing the production process to maximize efficiency and output
  • Collaborate with in and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Identify and resolve production-related issues to maintain high quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed records of production data
  • Contribute to the development of new products and production methods
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Job Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Manufacture Engineering, or any related field with min GPA 3,00.
  2. Male with maximum age 29 years old
  3. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production engineering or process improvement role
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our building glass products and services
  • Providing excellent customer service, expert technical advice and consultative selling to help customers find the best solutions for their needs
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key customers and partners
  • Representing in industry events, trade shows and networking activities to raise brand awareness and generate leads
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform product development and improve our offering
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Job Requirements :

  1. Bachelor degree from civil engineering/ architecture/ Management/ Economy/ etc, with min. GPA 3.00)
  2. Proven track record minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing export, preferably within the building materials or construction industry
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers
  4. Strong understanding of the building glass market, products and applications
  5. Able to speak and write in English (Mandarin speaking skill is a plus)

Job Description :

  • Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, compressors, and other industrial machiner.
  • Conducting inspections, testing, and analysis to identify potential problems and develop proactive maintenance strategies
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance
  • Running Mechanical control system
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimise disruptions to production
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve maintenance processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Implement basic knowledge of K3 & 5S

Job Description :

  • Input and control incoming and outgoing material
  • Making and Monitoring Purchase Request (PR) & Purchase Order (PO) related bill of material of packing
  • Making monthly report for every material (pallet and box) movement (closing, debit note, etc)
  • Manage daily stock administration
  • Day-to-day manpower arrangement and attendance
  • Archiving all documentation and record
  • Willing to be placed in Cikampek Plant
  • Willing to work in the field

Job Requirements :

  1. MUST BE D3 majoring in civil/wood/mechanical engineering with minimum GPA 3,00
  2. Able to speak English is a MUST
  3. Have experience 1-3 years in material administration inventory warehouse, open for fresh graduate as well
  4. Have well knowledge in the supply chain process e.g., FIFO, Warehousing management, Inventory control
  5. Experience in the use of CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, or equivalent especially in manufacture industry
  6. Excellent communication skill
  7. Proficient in Ms. Office is a must, ASAP & RFID would be major advantage
