• Port Department Head

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure that the operational activities of the Taboneo floating terminal and port service activities run smoothly.
• Manage, organize, and regulate the use of port facilities/services.

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or related position.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Marine Transport Management/ Nautical (ANT I).
3. Excellent Port Management and Shipping & Marine Practice.
4. For Nautica, minimum 5 years of sea service as Master on board.
5. Willing to be placed in Taboneo, South Kalimantan.
6. Competence in Berthing unberthing and Loading arrangement.

• Crane & Loader Operator

Job Responsibilities :

• Capable of handling various types of cargo to ensure safe lifting and transfer operations in barge-to barge coal transfer activities.
• Operate cranes and loaders safely while avoiding equipment damage.

Job Requirements :

1. At least 1 year of experience in operating cranes and loaders.
2. Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
3. Have valid SIO Crane and SIO Loader certificate.
4. Understanding of safety standards for equipment operation.
5. Willing to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan.

• Port Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Budget control and monitoring.
• Perform all maintenance activities, dry docking, repair operations and provides operations instruction to ensure that maintenance activities are met the operating purpose.
• Coordinate, supervise, troubleshoot any technical problem, and maintain spare parts availability.

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in Shipping Industry, Shipyard Industry or other similar industries.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree of Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or Marine Certification (ATT III).
3. Familiar with ISM code implementation.
4. Able to read and analyze technical drawing.
5. Familiar with floating crane is a plus.
6. Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
7. Good command in English both oral and written.

• Port Captain

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitoring the operational activities (tug & barge/transshipment, loading & discharging activities) throughout the project to ensure that the fleet activity are operated safely and efficiently.

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/DIV) of Nautical or held ANT III.
2. Minimum 4 years of sea service and 2 years as Master on board (bulk carrier/tanker are preferred).
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related position in shipping or other similar industries.
4. Analyze and determine improvement steps related to Fleet barging/Transshipment operational activities.
5. Good command in English both oral and written.
6. Understanding in ISM & ISPS code implementation.
7. Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.

• Marine, Safety & Security Staff

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure operational port activity running smoothly and comply with safety regulations in company.
• Organize and conduct safety drills in port areas.

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Port Management & Terminal Operator industry or other similar industries.
2. Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) of Maritime Transportation Management, Public Health, Occupational Safety & Health.
3. Able to conduct risk assessments and respond to emergencies.
4. Willing to be placed in Taboneo, South Kalimantan.
5. Preferably certified related to AK3U/PFSO.

• Port Control Officer

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for monitoring radio channel communication.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholder to ensure operational port activity running smoothly and safely.
• Communication and assist the ships movement in the Taboneo port.

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in port shipping or nautical (ANT III)
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related position.
3. Have a good leadership, communication and problem-solving skill.
4. Able to work shift.
5. Good command in English both oral and written.
6. Understanding about Radar & Radio Operations (can be supported by ORU).
7. Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
