PT Fore Kopi Indonesia, berdagang dengan nama Fore Coffee, adalah perusahaan asal Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang kedai kopi. Didirikan pada tahun 2018, perusahaan ini merupakan bentuk pengembangan usaha Otten Coffee, perusahaan penjualan biji dan mesin kopi yang didirikan oleh Robin Boe dan Jhoni Kusno. Berawal dari sebuah bilik kecil di lantai 2 gerai Otten Coffee di Jalan Senopati, Jakarta, Fore Coffee saat ini memiliki lebih dari 210 gerai di seluruh Indonesia

Regional Operation Manager

Job Description :

• Monitoring supply levels of raw materials and communicating with SCM to ensure adequate stock is maintained
• Monitoring operational efficiency and recommending changes to improve productivity
• Managing the day-to-day operations of a branch location, including hiring, training, and coaching employees
• Developing new customer relationship and managing existing client relationship to increas sales and profits
• Reviewing reports from Area managers regarding performance, customer service, and compliance issues
• Ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality control
• Placement in Surabaya

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in all majors
2. Have at least 3 years of experience as a regional operations manager
3. Excellent communication and intepersonal skills
4. Strong leadership qualities to guide teams and foster a productive working environment
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
6. Strong leadership and people management skills to lead and motivate multiple teams, including hiring, training, and performance coaching
7. Strong problem solving abilities and decision-making skills
8. Ability to travel frequently across the region to oversee operations and meet with area managers or store supervisor
