RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (PENSION) 

KB Bank is looking for passionate and driven professionals to join us as RM Pension!
As an RM Pension, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end pension credit marketing—starting from client outreach and relationship management, overseeing credit application processes, monitoring repayment obligations, to promoting fee-based products and cross-selling banking solutions. Your role will play a key part in driving business growth and profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pension sales or banking marketing
• Willingness to work on-site (WFO)
• Strong understanding of credit processes and a target-oriented mindset
