About The Journey :

• The Finance Management Associate (FMA) Program is a 2-year accelerated pathway for aspiring talents seeking to excel in the accounting and finance profession. Through four 6-month rotations within our Finance team, you will be immersed in Sea’s various businesses (Garena, Shopee, and Monee) and experience firsthand the pivotal role Finance plays in each of these businesses. Applications are open from 18 Aug 2025 to 31 Oct 2025.

Requirements :

• We are seeking driven and motivated talents who are passionate about embarking on an impactful career in accounting and finance. We highly value talents who demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a keen interest in the technology industry.

Calling out to all prospective and recent graduates with:

1. 0 to 2 years of relevant full-time working experience in accounting or finance-related roles (as of 31 October 2025)*.
2. A recognised Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field, with strong academic credentials.
3. An excellent communicator who can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and build meaningful interpersonal relationships.
